If I do not have the birthsheet,is there any way I can find out what the test specs were?Is there somewhere I can type in my serial # to see the specs?

Try calling their CS line? Thats your only shot. A small shot, but still a shot. Only other option is to take it to a car audio shop that can bench it for you. If they repair amps, then they can bench it

I did the google search and I have seen many different wattages that have a 50 watt buffer,I was mostly just curious.A friend of mine has a o-scope and a clamp meter,guess we'll have to clamp it.

I didnt expect someone you knew had an o-scope or that would have been my first answer... Suuuch an easy answer

I thought it was just a extremely nice dvm until we installed my sons stereo and he said lets breakout the TPI and set the clipping.Up until then I was settings my gains at 75% and calling it a day.
