ive got an extra pair of component tweeters and a two channel amp. Should I hook them straight to the amp or do I need passive crossovers? what would be the best way to utilize these tweeters?ive got a component set of speakers already installed. Thanks

Meh. I mean does the amp have bandpass/highpass settings? If not, yes you need a passive crossover.
