My Kickers be swaggin'
I have a 10 inch kicker comp 150w rms 4 ohms Kenwood kdc mp238 and pioneer TS-G6843R 6 by 8 in the front and I believe stock 5 by 7 in the back in my 94 ford explorer xlt. I pulled out my head unit today to rewire new rcas to the sub pre outs, and plugged it into my front pre outs instead. I change it back, and put my Hu back in place. Now all my door speakers produce no sound but my subwoofer still does. Speakers would crackle and pop if you push on the headunit prior to this happening.

What would cause this?

And also would a Sony xm502z amp power my 10 inch kicker? It's barely hitting even at full gain and volume.

What would be a fix for this? Rewire all speakers? Seems pretty weird to all 4 speakers would stop working just for taking out my head u it and simply placing it back.

It would also be easy to add an equalizer to have individual rca inputs for all of the channels. A decent one can be had for less than $40...

One or two, they are still subwoofer outs and are mono summed signals from both left and right. Even the 2 RCA subwoofer pre-outs on the 2nd one...

There are a couple of options. You can use a marine bt unit. They come in the size of a hockey puck and can mount anywhere. This is the marine unit.

There are bluetooth amplifiers. You can just use your phone or an I Pod as the music source and not touch the radio.
