You are not suppose to be selling em pre order. Ebay has deleted tons of auctions for wii's and ps3s and has set some really strict rules about preselling em.

They are allowed to sell pre-orders as long as they follow the rules.

eBay’s new rules for Playstation 3 Pre-Sales:

I have met the following requirements in order to pre-sell a PS3: (these rules apply to the seller, not the buyer).

1. Seller must have a Feedback of 50 or more.

2. Seller Feedback score must be 98% or above.

3. Seller may only list one system, 1 PlayStation 3 and 1 Nintendo Wii with a photo the pre-order receipt for each system.

4. Seller must accept PayPal as the only payment option.

5. Seller must include a photo of the receipt in the listing.

6. No Buy It Now will be allowed.

7. No one day listings will be allowed.
