Myspace Hookups?

I hate myspace.

But, people seem to find good relationships on there occasionaly. My sister found her current B/F on there. And he's the most amazing guy, shit, he's my best friend even! He joined the Army though, and my sister still writes him every coulpe days. It's pretty much a *must* that they get married sometime when he gets back.

Is this common at all? Or do most people just hook up on MySpace to screw?

Ive never really been under the impression that people actually do hook up through myspace other than the wierd kids. I DONT mean anything ill with this commment. This is only my understanding. BUT, if the guy your sister found is as good as you say he is, all I have to offer is my congratz.

i think it's more of a place to find a booty call and make new friends.

hell, i made 3 or 4 friends just from 1 person off there (who happened to be best friends with a friend of mine at that time) and she wanted to hang out. so we did. 3 days after i met them, i ended up road-tripping to austin, tx for a concert with 3 girls i didn't even kno and my best friend. it was awesome.

hell, at warped tour this year in dallas, they had a myspace tent.

its hard to depend on myspace, some months i get lots of *** from it, some i dont get any at all from it. Thats why you pool your resources. i.e. facebook.

I may try this myspace thing. I don't know about inviting girls over. My room is not very female friendly. I don't have **** pics on walls, but I have a large area of car audio stuff, seats out of my mustang, and several other pieces of car equipment scattered about. Not to mention all the tools I have.

Plus, I live at home, FTL
