Don't know if anyone caught this yesterday, but the PS3 dropped 100 bucks

new PS3 slim model coming out Sep 1st for 299 with a 120gb hard drive

Gamestop has used ones starting @ 229

I'll buy another one used when they come out. As to the hacking thing, I doubt too many 40 year old people are hacking those Wiis, and they seem to be doing pretty good.

its the BEST blue ray player on the planet...... $300

its also a pretty good gaming console.. $200

add all those up and i think 299 is a very good price....

Modding a Wii is so easy I believe that accounts for a lot of the sales of that and the DS. PSP had a hike in sales when people found out how to mod it too.

Word, I was running Ubuntu linux on mine before I sold it. After finding and installing drivers it was pretty **** quick.

I also sold my 80gb ps3 about a month ago because the prices started to drop on the used ones, so I didn't want all the used value to drop on mine.

What do you think a used one will be going for now?
