He will probably notify the guy it was a screw-up with the auction listing and give him the opportunity to buy it for what they would normally go for, maybe a little less.

Yeah eBay has a new shipping policy.

I doubt anything will really happen, depending on how the seller handles the situation. Obviously he's not going to honor the auction.
