PR's vs Audioque SD2.5's

I'm thinking about replaceing my 6 dvc memphis pr's with 6 audioque sd2.5's.I'll power them with 3 memphis ST1000d's at 1ohm.I think the pr's are running out of steam before the amps are. I was wondering if switching to the AQ's would gain me any thing from them being able to put all the power to use.I havent been able to play with any AQ subs yet so im not sure how they compare to other subs,,Thanks.

I would say go for it! I have only heard good things about the Audioque subs and the memphis pr subs are good but just an entry level sub. The audioque subs are built for spl.

Ive heard they are good to im just a little worried about blowing that much coin if im only gonna see .5-1Db gain.I know its hard to say sub X will be louder then sub Y.It just sux having to buy them to find out
