Because each sub will react differently in any given box. Due to the speakers design and environment it is used in.Really,Why is that?
Think hiphop.Songs with higher bass notes?
like around what freq would you consider higher frequency?Because each sub will react differently in any given box. Due to the speakers design and environment it is used in.
The roll off in a low ported box would be a lot lower due to the tuning frequency. In most cases it would yield a little more low end output. But less output in the higher frequency range.
Think smoother transient response. Much better in a SQ point of view.
That depends on enclosure volume. You would have to graph up a response graph to map it.like around what freq would you consider higher frequency?
It's all opinion.besides 28hz what else would be considered tuned low?
Yes. I had my Hx2 and my XXX tuned to 32hz. Great responce from both on hiphop.would a 32hz tuned box be better for hiphop?
