well springy thats the second one that i made. it was tuned @ 35 with 60 inches or port....it was quite loud, but i never finished it, and now its a workbench.

yeah - my only mistake was overheating the pipe and it mushed on me - that and I lite some liquid nails on fire.

4" flaired to 6.5" - Im pretty proud of them. They arent perfect but they sound nice.

what 40K cars have you seen with external ports that look good??

well this is a test box isnt it? I figured you were just trying to adjust to find the right tuning for your vehicle, which external ports would make it a lot easier. Then I figured once you get all set you make a new box tuned to that freq, that just what I assumed from "test box"

You could def. improve on your cuts, but I guess they're O.K. Finished box looks pretty good though.

I have to give an A- because you pulled a lemans and put caulk on the outside of the enclosure.\

For a circ saw id say he did pretty good with what he has

Yeah I was screwin with ya........I didnt even want carpet,but robin was the one who said " Even the test box has to be pretty kid/dog/player'kilr."Somethin to that effect.

LMAO - that was between baffle one and two on the sub side.

Pulling a Lemans is funny as all hell though

and yes, its chewing up my roundover bit.....needing to put the screws more toward the inside.
