HAHA! Just Messing with you! Awesome looking install! very clean!

Did you ever think of doing a 3way setup with the mids in there own chamber in that woofer pod?

Hi Don ,,

" in the beginning"

the basic plan was a very simple system ( pair of comps and a sub )

the car is a beat up wreck that i only use for work .. i needed room in the back for tools and stuff so i removed the rear seats .

i went with the gallo's after hearing them , they play pretty well from 100htz all the way up so need for tweeters .

Easy to fit up on the dash/A Pillars out of harms way from my big work boots .

my original plan was to make some brackets and bolt them to the A pillars ...

after talking my installer paul (mazdawg) we went with the pods as they would look a little better

.

for years i have had a secret hankering for running the aliante 10's as midbass drivers in a

3way front end and now i have that option if i need it (ie if the gallo's can't cut it )

but for now i am going with 5 gallo's playing up from 125htz and the aliante's all below ...

the rear is pretty much stripped out to make room fo the extra amps ...

A little sa30 bridged mono to run the front left pod and another to run the right pod .

A sm60 bridged mono on the center temporarily until i find another sa30 to replace it.( HENS TEETH )

A sm100 will take care of the rear pods and another sm100 will be installed now to make things easier if i decide in the future to run a full 7.1

A MS-8 will take care of the processing

The heart and soul of the system ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

i can't make up my mind if i want the ms-8 display permanently installed upfront or not ...

i thought of inside the glove box but with the door builds i need to open the passenger door to drop open the glove box .

i cant think of another place to mount it that wont distract me while driving ? any suggestions guys
