to fill the sides like you are asking me about on aim-

fill them as well as you can with 1/2 mdf and then lay a whole bunch of fiberglass over the top to make it completely stiff. You can get a real tight fit if you throw some aluminum foil on the panels around it before you glass and glass right up to them (and you need a tight fit)

ya...im gonna hopefully be bagging it after the wall is complete too...im not gonna lay frame anymore, as the wall takes up the interior...i need to talk to you though, i gotta get mine as low as yours, and i know you didnt cut into the back...i can still cut the front though. i also need to talk to you about how u got ur 2nd alt to fit in and what you had to move, etc.
