For that one, I'd just couple the front to the back and the top to the bottom. Go to lowes and find 3" square sticks and cut them to size.

dam... i think thats pretty bad for your health. You will be smelling the fumes of the silicone and get some debree around your room with that leftover sanding around ur enclosure.
