Programs/Apps?

Hello,

I'm looking for computer programs and maybe phone apps that will let me graph a number of variables.

I know they're out there but have no idea where to find them, or which ones are recommended.

Plotting by hand is getting time consuming and tedious.

Free programs are of course preferred, but I'm not against paying a little.
