are these ratings at 12v?

and are these amps stable at 1ohm or 2ohms bridged or what?

I don't think there have been any test numbers posted for that amp, but if I was betting, I'd say if it IS over-rated, it's not by enough to matter.

and in bridge mode you take the lowest ohm load in stereo and add them together. Its 2 ohm stable in stereo mode which means its only stable to 4ohms bridged.

Steve at Profile tells me that their AP1040 is rated at 14 volts. Perhaps all their amps are at the same.
