Profile AP2000 for MAW-15?

I'm confused..! At the beginning I wanted to buy one MAW-15 to go with my AP2000 amp I've got here but after a while I thought they might not be compatible. Is it just me ? Because bridged, the AP2000 is 4 ohms with 960w/RMS (supposed to...), and the only setups I see with the MAW-15 is in parrallel with a 2 ohms load, and in series with a 8 ohms load. Am I wrong?

no, ur rite. Either buy a different amp or get another maw-15

If the MAW-15 is only available with Dual 4 Ohm coils it cannot be wired to a final load of 4 Ohms individually. (DVC 4 Ohm in parallel = 2 Ohm load and DVC 4 Ohm in series = 8 Ohm load)

The AP2000 in bridged configuration will not be an appropriate amp for it.

yea, just buy another 15" MAW

If you have space for a second 15 that would be good, but if not and you want to keep that sub, a different amp might be a better solution.
