Professional Installation w/ Crutchfield

I'm in central NJ. Well I hope they can integrate this into my system, rather than bypassing parts of it. Basically, I want to be able to use my current setup exactly as it is and ADD this head unit, without bypassing or not using any aspects of my current setup.

It will still work just like before. That is how you integrate it with the factory speakers.

Otherwise it wont work.

There are factory integration options as I was telling you before, however for my car there was not. You're fortunate if there is for you, as I've had my head unit for 3 months and it's just been sitting collecting dust until I can do everything at once. =/

Well I suppose I'll just have to call around and check prices, do most places offer some type of warranty on their work? For example, if they install it and fry some other wiring, or the device fails in a few days/weeks, they will make good on the problem?

If you buy the equipment there, they will usually warranty and replace it within the warranty period from the manufacture on their behalf, whereas if you bought the equipment somewhere else, they will simply warranty their work; now if their work can be proved to be directly related to the demise of something else, then sure they are responsible. Any good shop will warranty the WORK usually for life. Since I bought my alarm at Sound Advice, they warranty everything about it forever, except the remote; the work is covered forever, as is the brain of the alarm from Directed for example.

Yes like said above any shop should warranty their work for life.

While it is a little more complicated than a standard deck install it still would not be considered difficult and risk to your vehicle should be relatively non existent.
