problems with speakers/sub feedback..... HELP please!

hey, i noticed today that when the volume is low in my car, i can hear feedback through my speakers, like a constant quiet buzzing.... when i turn it up i cant even tell and it sounds fine, just wondering why it would be doing that....

also, my amp/sub also have a constant "buzz" like feedback type sound, its actually quite noticeable when the volume is low, how do i get rid of these issues?
