Hi Guys,

Need help from the experts. My much anticipated system arrived 2 weeks ago and is installed. Im using my original head unit so have also bought a jl audio cl441dsp for quality signal. The entire setup includes:

1) original head unit

2) stock electrical system.

3) jl audio cl441 dsp( clean sweep)

4) Rainbow I paul 4.300 ( 4 x 90 watts)

5) Rainbow slc265 kick bass version( 100 watts x 4)

6) jl audio hd 750.1 (750 rms)

7) jl audio high output wedge with 12w7( 750 rms)

now here is the problem. If i disconnect the subwoofer.. the comp speakers arent as lound as my stock-- literally!!! on the gains set to zero sound still comes out and when u take the gains to about 15% its maxed out sound!! any more and u feel the speakers will blow. Infact, even with the gains at 15% the tweeter gives a nastly cracking sound at slightly high volume..

Literally im not kidding a pair of sonys in my friends car is louder.. I must have a problem with the wiring!! someone please help.. they have no bass and the tweeter sounds rubbish!!

any experts or owners of rainbow please help!!! Much appreciated!!!

cheers!
