Problems with my 4 channel

I recently installed a 4 channel in my car to power my coaxials, and I've ran into some problems. At first, it would send a signal through my speakers. But the signal has steadily gotten worse, and now my speakers continuously pop and whine, and now won't even play, they just do those noises. My turn on wire runs from that, then into my sub amp. Should I try switching the turn on wire? Has anyone ever had this happen to them? If I need to get a new 2 or 4 channel, I will. Any help would be great!

need more info. what amp? how is it fed a signal? RCA's from where? did you run new wiring or use old? pics of connections?
