Pro60's are nice as ****

i will get some pics of a mid aganist a XXX6.5 in a few, camera batts are recharging

the XXX dwarfs it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif, but pro60s FTW, because XXX dosent fit

hey rocky how are you mounting yours? stock locations, kick panels, and how are you doing the tweent? i flushed mine with a 1 3/4" hole saw looks good, but im thinking of not putting the grill on the tweet, it dosent look as good,

but protection FTW, i like the way the tweet mounts to everythign, althought my friends could twist it and take it with them as a joke if they ever learn how //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

im probably gonna put them in the stock location because my kicks are used for my eu-700's .. not sure how im gonna do the tweets .. but i think i'll put the grill on .. my friends are high sometimes .. they might **** around with it .. lol ..these speakers are so powerful but yet dere such a nice size .. i love that ..

These pics took me back to when I bought mine a few months back. I have been trying to spread the word, these speakers are amazing. To the guy who wanted to know about HU power. Off of my 880PRS I used them for a week on HU power. The accuracy was there but forget about anything besides acoustical music. After a week I was sick of it, they only start to get loud at the top of the HU power range. Not worth it in my opinion.

update... just got done installing the other side and tweaking it a bit

these can handle way more lows than the SLC's, i can cross them at 50hz and crank them, they have no problem, the SLC's would egt nasty at 50hz, but at 80hz they were perfect, im just going to leave the pros at 80hz anyway, no need for 50hz crossover on my setup

the midbass is alot more punchier and better than the SLC's, more pronounced

Tweets are loud, they are harsher than the silks on the rainbow, i was expecting it though, but it isnt bad really at all to me

i would deff take the over my SLC's any day of the week, because i was looking for something loud that still sounded good and could hold some wattage, the pro 60's fit nice, SLC's are cheaper and you get the rainbow warranty if you buy from 6spd //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

oh yea, didnt change anything in the install except speakers and amps, no extra deadening added or anything like that since the rainbows were taken out

but, i still wonder how the germs would compare //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

mids in stock location, tweeter up above it somewhere //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

it works great like this, the tweet isnt harsh really unless you stick you head right in the front middle where they are both pointed
