Pro audio speakers

So I have been looking at doing a active setup, I understand it pretty well.

My main question is about the speakers.

Like the tweeters.

What is the types? Which is better? Like ribbon, dome, cone?

Also other speaker differences like the extended range speakers do I need them?

Also what is the differences I'm the types of mustaches? Dome, cone, etc? Which is the best?

Stick to dome tweets and 6.5" mids, they're the easiest to match together. If you want something loud to keep up with a big sub stage, then I'd maybe go with some pro audio stuff...the mids tend to not provide enough midbass though, which is understandable since the mass of the cone is reduced in order to be more efficient.

Yeah, I'm thinking about doing some tweets, 4", 6", and maybe a 6" midbass or woofer

They make 10 and 12 inch midbass woofers for pro audio FYI

One bullet tweeter, one 6.5" mid and a 10" midbass per door would rock.

What kind of setup are you going for exactly? Those are not efficient at all, so I hope you're not planning on using them in a 3-way as a midrange or something.

I'm just trying stuff, I guess. I want a setup like a 3 or 4 way active. That sounds good and has great midbass. I want something that sods good for when my girl is in my tahoe. She hates the subs.

That Dayton woofer is full-range so it's lower fs naturally yields a lower efficiency.
