Well you can't acuratly say never. Or no one would own thier equipment. Just try every 15 mins...i have called many many times and they never pick up....

I would like to think the amount of sales they actually do complete, out weigh the forum baby's complaining about there phone line. Obviously they make enough sales to stay in business and then some.you just gotta keep calling. e-mails don't work either. how the hell does this company stay in business? i want to buy an 18" xxx but how can i buy one if they never answer the phone nor answer e-mails? that's a piss poor way to run a business. i think the re is a small company routine is getting old. there are numerous people looking for jobs so i'm sure they can find a couple people and teach them how to answer a phone or write an e-mail.

One thing I hate is when someone dislikes another or a company. They make it there personal goal to inform everyone of there horrible experience and cast voodoo every where they go...
I would not go as far to say thier customer service sucks. But from all the people complaining yes they need to work on answering the phone. Every other part of thier customer service is pretty darn good IMO.i was just curious how they did manage to stay in business. i want to buy from them but can't. i even got their number on speed dial. i'm just saying their customer service sucks *** compared to a lot of other companies.
