I"ve thought about getting an ampallang. where the bar goes straight through the head horizontally. I don't think a penis piercing would hurt that much. i mean with how spongy the head is it should go through easy. The only reason i've seconed guessed it is cause i heard you lose a little sensitivity in the nerves after having it for like 10 years or so.
