So far it looks like it could go anyway. This is what someone said who was on the bus

But there were a couple witnesses who werent on the bus (who could probably see better) and they are saying pretty much the opposite.

I do know that these buses are like ****ing tanks, they huge *** turbo'd diesel engines. You would have to be completely oblivious to not hear it coming from a mile away. However the buses are known to go barreling down roads way above the speed limit. And I saw the accident, had to walk right past it about 3 times for class. There was blood...a good amount of it and there were no noticeable skid marks.

On the matter of that quote.Then why didn't that passenger who observed so much not say anything? Like yelling "STOP!" ? Or "WATCH OUT!" or even "WATCH OUT FOR THAT GIRL!".
