Precision Power 4 Channel Amps

So since I finally got my subwoofer sorted out.... still need to do the big 3.. besides that I am almost done. I want to jump to amping my mids/highs.

The current head-unit I am running is the KDC-x798 (22w RMS).

My Speakers are: JBL GTO528 in the front and JBL GTO 938 in the back. I figure amping them will help overcome some of the sub woofer when its hitting hard.

I was looking at the Precision power series because I currently have the PP BK1800.1D and love it so if there are any comments on the BK 4 channels (i.e.- BK520.4) or any other close to the quality let me know. I'm wanting to spend around $110-120.

Thanks again.

PPI 900.4 phantom FTW .....stupid power, flat response, dirt cheap 165.00$ on amazon.

Seriously I have bought 5 of them ..2 got stolen, I have 1 powering 2 sets of components, with the other powering 4 neo pro's, the other one is in the wifes car running 4 kappas 6.5....nothing bad to say other than its small and hard to get all the wires hooked up, but damm fully active capable and 240 rms clean per ch at 2 ohm.....no brainer get one..... find another 4 ch with the same specs for the money that will do 240 rms clean per channel with band pass capability.

The bk 4ch is good too from what I hear but not as much powa...but it is an ab

I am running all ppi amps right now imho they got it goin on as far as dollar per watt

The "BK" Black Ice models are good. However, they are discontinued and replaced with new "BA" designated models. In this price range I recommend i520.4.
Where is this new PPI BA amp?

EDIT: found them

Precision Power PPI BK520 4 BK5204 4 CH Class A B Black Ice Car Amplifier Amp | eBay Discontinued doesnt mean you still cant find it for sale. It would work fine.

Thanks for the input guys, but considering my 6x9's are 100watts rms I think I will stick to the 520. Will pick it up tomorrow. Thanks again Jeff.

At 4 ohm it puts out like 140 watts rms well within range.. Also that's what the gain is for if you use a dmm you can set the amp to whatever power is desired .. It's certainly your money and most defiantly your choice but it's not like your gonna cook those ovals as soon as the amp comes on lol

Highly recommend the 900.4. Helluva an amp
