am i going o run into trouble with my 5v preouts

MB Quart DSC 4125: Variable input level control: 0.2V-0.6V ( i think it might be 6v, hopefully)

what about:

Power Acoustik PS4-800 R/B: input sensitivity: * Input Level: .2V-1V

No, I have an amp that is 2v max and my HU has 5v preouts and it is fine.
