Does anyone sell pre cut MDF circles.

Im going to build a box, and I would like to mount my sub slightly flush or recessed. The easiest way I tough would be to cut a circle to the size of my subs outer diameter...

Outer diameter: 10.5inches

And then build a ring that is maybe 2 - 3 inches thick and cut out to the mounting diameter of the sub...

Inner diameter of the circle: 9.25"

Outer diameter of circle: 12.25"

Then i could glue / screw the circles to front baffle...

Suggestions?

Yea, and it seemed like the easier way would be to cut a 10.5 inch circle in the box, and then attach a ring to back, glue / screwed with the mounting diameter of the sub.

Most ppl just make the enclosure and cut a circle out of another sheet and stack that on top then ur def flush and its pretty easy even with a jig saw //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Really though if ur just using a jig you should sand the circle out to make it look nice.

We have a router, but ive never used it lol. Is there an attachment for dewalt routers to cut circles? I got the circle attachement for my dremel and will be trying that, but i hear it takes a while to cut through mdf =P
