the actual woofer has alot less to do with it than you think //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
Im not even going to start.... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/toast.gif.bc0657bf54b9ee653b6438524461341e.gif Your right...its true though... while a better woofer is going to do better in comparable installs, a better install is going to improve more than a better woofer in most cases.
browsed through that link...Im not even going to start.... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/toast.gif.bc0657bf54b9ee653b6438524461341e.gif Your right...

Duh....browsed through that link...
perhaps you missed the point of what i said... i never said that a different woofer is not going to be louder/sound better/cure cancer. i said that the way it is installed is going to make more of a difference than the woofer itself.
That statement only needs to be general. How can you make "a good installation sounds better than a bad installation" more specific?Duh....
Okay, lets throw a 15" MTX RFL in a 1.5^3' sealed street box and put it on the meter...
Then, we'll take that RFL and throw it in a 10^3' box w/ like 200^2" of port....
Wow, Im guessing it got louder...Thats just the most general regurgitized statement...Almost as bad as all amps sound the the same //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/boring.gif.42c69fa49b1e73e6332d62b462a2a4b3.gif
My bad for bein a dick, didnt see the last part...
Boy IDK...Maybe getting specific about the install. That statement only needs to be general. How can you make "a good installation sounds better than a bad installation" more specific?
The question asked as "will it be loud", not "how can I make them loud" or "what would make them loud". The question was general, so a general answer fits.Boy IDK...Maybe getting specific about the install.
