has any body tried the new ppi flat piston subs????? there goin pretty cheap on ebay, set of 2 10's shipped for around 230. was thinkn bout getn a set or 2... cant really find any reviews on them.

I purchased one from my distributor just to see how they do in spl and sq applications. PPI only recommends sealed enclosures for them. I tried one in a ported spl enclosure and almost toasted it. LOL For sq they did pretty good, decent lows, and pretty flat across the board. If your looking to put them in a ported enclosure or use them for spl, I wouldn't waste my money. Good luck!
