ppi pcx amps and ss rli's???

Hey guys I know my audio setup ideas change everyday but I have a good feeling about this one lol. Do you guys think this amp: http://www.ikesound.com/product-product_id/1808 Would power 4 ss rli tens nicely? Thats a pretty good price on what should be a strong amp. I have never owned a PCX series amp but the one pic that I saw of the guts of one showed an obvious lack of attention to detail compared to the PC series and Art series. That is assuming of course that this one had not been repaired or something.
