PPI mids aint cuttin it. What yall think about these???

the 125w amp is a little small for a loud system - IMO

I have ADS/PPIs them in 2 cars with 150w on my car and 200w on a buddys car

and they get plenty loud for me -

your gonna be looking for 250-300 watts of front stage to compete with your substage if your sub is really loud-

so to just go out and buy new mids may get a little louder but may still lack the output your looking for...buy hey

if you find a mid that smokes the PPI let us know

Yeah, I've been thinking of selling the Sundown and getting an AQ 4x90 and sending 240x2 to them at 4ohms. I'd be really worried about blowin a tweeter though.

I just wish that Sundown made something that did 200x2.

I am about to send 200 a side to mine with my 540 alpine bridged............

But yeah I def. was not impressed with my midbass at 90 watts a side......

my diamond says 150w but its more like +15%

the other buddy is using a Xenon 200.2 which should be

dead on and I cant hear much difference-Id do the 240x2 and go low

on the gains - headroom baby!

Sundown should make a larger 2ch amp though,get on em

I'll be trying some "id" oem 2.5 from hessdawg next summer. i don't think they'll high enough tho ....
