Optima is okay. Just way too damned overpriced. I've had good experiences with kinetik and dekas(autozone's duralast platinum/orielly's superstart platinum). If you have money to blow, XS power or odyssey batterys are good and I hear sear's diehard platinum is pretty much an odyssey battery.

Super Start® Platinum 34PLT - AGM Battery | O'Reilly Auto Parts recommends a group 34 under the hood. Same size as my old corolla. I''m using their group 31 right now as a 2ndary batt working good so far.

Kinetik HC1400 (KHC1400) 1500 Amp 60Ah 12V Car Battery Power Cell if you dont mind spending a bit more. I could fit a kinetik hc1800 under the hood of my corolla though, might need to double check your dimensions for your car.
