ppi + alpine + ba = HOLY !@#%

Hey guys I'm pretty happy with todays results and I figured I'd let you know. I have an alpine 9853 with the ipod interface and was running my Boston Acoustics Pro 60's right off the head unit. I was pretty happy with the sound, until today. I got a PPI art series a404 anddecided to deaden the doors and HOLY SHIT what a difference. Now I can't wait to get my idq12 and I'll be set. I really couldn't be any happier with this setup:thumbupw:

No kidding, I have to say the pro 60's ****in rock. The mid bass suprised the hell out of me.

I have the FX8 Coaxials and they aren't bad at all esp for the price. The treble sounds a little shallow, but the midbass is very smooth and detailed. They really do like lots of power though, its crazy. I'm sending 80 watts to each one of these entry level speakers, and they just want more and more.
