Powering Two 12" Rockford Fogates

First off, new to the forum. Second I just bought 2 of these subs http://www.dealtime.com/xPF-Rockford-Fosgate-RFD2212 in a cracked bandpass box and a 500w amp for $150 I was wanting to know what the best bang for the buck amp would do these subs well.

what's the impedence on the subs? should say what it is on the magnet of the subs.

Well I can't see the back of the subs clear enough atm, but the website states: Impedance 4 ohm (Dual Coil)

I have two Rockford P2's 250 rms each and running at 325watts i would get a 1000 watt amp if its 500rms for 1 sub but remember these are good quality subs so you might throw up and your body will vibrate or something @ 1000 lol becareful!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
