powering my 6 1/2"s and tweeters

I am looking at buying Kicker KS 650's for the front and rear door of my 03 Envoy as well as Kicker KS20 tweeters with crossovers. I found that a Kicker ZX200.2 stereo amp matched up well with the power handling of all of the speakers. My HU is a pioneer AVH P4900DVD, and already have 2 kicker CVX 12"s in the back with a Memphis Mclass 500.1 amp powering them. What is the best way to incorporate the new speakers and tweeters? Do I need to replace the factory speaker wire? should I hook the tweeters through the stereo amp or straight to the HU? and do I need bass blockers at all?

what i mean by hook it to the HU is do I even need a stereo amp with for those speakers/tweeters? I'm sort of new so i don't know how much quality I will gain with the stereo amp

do you have a passive crossover for the tweets. Does your amp have a high pass setting. If you get 2 passive crossovers, one for each tweet at whatever freq. level your tweets are you should be fine
