powered sub

What do you guys think about the powered sub setup's? I am looking for good sound quality, Crutchfield has some bazooka powered subs that dont look to bad. I need it to fit under the back seat of my 99 gmc ext. cab. Not looking to rattle windows just want to fill out the bass.

you can just buy an amp and a sub separate

I've yet to hear one that didn't sound like garbage. If space is truly an issue, look into shallow mount subs or a sub with small space requirements.
