Heh...maybe people finally got smart and realized the racket P4S was running //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
Ahhh ... but it's nothing special. Someone with a little bit of knowledge could replicate one fairly easily and get similar results - for a lot less money //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifTheir work is amazing, so just because you can't build a box like them, don't rag on them or their business.

I happen to have a Snailshell with a 9500 in it and it happens to be the single loudest subwoofer I've ever heard. Their work is amazing, so just because you can't build a box like them, don't rag on them or their business.
I could build a box like them if I had access to my woodshop and a week or two of time; which as a college student living away from home, I lack both. I certainly am familar with the theory behind it. Their work may be good, and their craftsmanship solid, but who are they to say that it's their design? It isn't. Like I said before, folded and back-loaded horn designs have been around for the better part of a century. Nothing new, and nothing that should command such a premium. The only reason why they charge what they did is because suckers that don't know any better will pay for it.You ***, what racket are you talking about.
