for this amp the requires a 150amp fuse what size power wire should i get..

i am looking at #1 or #2 or 1/0 or 2/0 or 4/0 welding wire.

i will need a run about 18 feet then about 1.5 foot for ground. i will be placing a second battery in the back in the future as well

Just run 1/0.

agreed, though it depends on the impedance load. at 2 ohms 4 awg could work fine, even though the voltage drop will reduce power output. 1/0 is your best bet.
