Rather than give away, why not start a corporation hire them and put them on payroll with good salaries. Employ as many american citizens needing work as possible, create jobs, stimulate our economy.

I dont believe in freebies but I believe in giving others a chance to earn their own livelyhood.

If you got like 900,000,000 after taxes you could spend 15,000,000 a year for 60 years before going broke. I to would invest some money but it would be very hard to go broke
