Power Wire

Is it ok if I have two runs or 4 and one run of 8 gauge wire? Is the equal to 1/0 gauge? I know everyone is going to ask why I did this. Its because I have upgraded setup a few times and upgraded for each setup instead of doing it right the first time. Didn't think I would have a setup that required wire this big. But anyway are these equivilant and will this be ok? What are the drawbacks of doing this?

You can do it, it is just that it is going to be a pain in the but hooking them all up to the battery and also running them to the back. If I were you I would just wait and get 0 gauge when you have the money. Do it right the first time ya know.

I think you will be fine, I know where your coming from, been there done that.

Single run of 1/0 gauge would save you some headaches in the long run though, but how you got it now is fine.

Ok. I didnt do it like this all at once it was over a period of time and now it would be a headache to switch it out, but if it was necessary I would. Thanks Tez.
