power wire help and battery alternator ?????

Hi i have a 89 mazda it has a 55 amp alt. im going to get a 120 amp alt for it. Im going to be running 1 saz 1500 and 1 sax 100.4 I have some 0 ga. wire i can run to the back.

1. do i need to run 0 ga. to both amps or can i run 0 ga back to the rear the split to 4 ga. ?

2. do i need a separate small battery " i was thinking a yellow top " in front then a small kinetic in the rear or should i just get 1 big kinetic like 2400 or something

3. if i only run the one up front can i run 1 0 ga. to the rear then split off to each amp with 4 or 0 ga leads ?

thanks for any help im new to this and im trying to buy all the stuff i need a peice at a time because i dont have a ton of money,

so would you go 0 ga. to the back to a splitter then 2 0 ga out or would you drop to 4 ga. it will only be a few feet to each amp so should i just stay with 0 ga. thanks is the 2400 a good battery ? i can get 1 for about 250 to 300 from my buddy

you can get the battery new from sonic for like 260 shipped i think ,also 4 gauge for the 4 channel and 0 for the saz 1500
