tried postin this on teammaxxsonics forum but thers not many people on there...for those who used to run the atlas squares (i know, ther old) how much power do u hav goin to them? im jsut wondering if the can handle more than rated for daily

I had a XX Goliath on 2 12" in my trunk. I had a 1.5 ohm reactive so I was seeing roughly 4200 watts to my subs. Now mind you that is unclipped power.
Hey dude looks like u know a good bit about maxx sonics,do they still make these subs I REALLY would like to pick 2.LMK man I was scared to fool with em and then I heard em in a few installs,LOUD.So I went to grab a pair and...couldnt find em anywheres.

They discontinued these subs to bring out the olympus line. You might still be able to find them here and there. I would just keep an eye out for them. They were great subs and can handle a shitload of power.

I thought they discontinued this line to bring in the Brutus subs, and Discontinued the Goliath line to bring in the Olympys?

The goliaths were discontinued so they could make the maxximus subs. The Olympus line is the replacements for the Atlas subs. The Brutus subs were brought in the same time as the Atlas subs and have stayed around as there "entry level" subs. The olympus line uses the same motors as the old goliaths. I haven't used them so I can't really tell you how they are.

Yeah, I just read that on the Maxxsonics cooperate site. Do you know anyone that has used the Maxximus? The Olympus line is great, I saw some in a car at a shop here, and they got LOUD!
