Them DD fuck heads have been getting rather bothersome. I shut there mouths any chance I get. I even told the only negro on there to "F" off. I think he's the only one.. lol:confused:
Place has hit the ruts and seems to stay there.

I've been out for a while now:crap:

Since the switch from the old forum to the new, it has been down hill:crap:

Kinetik uses Top Cycle Cells in their batteries- this forces the electrons to move upwards from the bottom to the top of the cells - then to the posts- where the current is bring drawn- along with reg electrolyte inside the batt.
Power Surge uses Full Cycle Cells in their batts- which ARE 30% bigger than the kinetiks- These cells allows the posts to draw from the full length of the cells in the batteries, making it more efficient with less IR.. Along with a more potent electrolyte = better battery..
Wow, I've heard alot of people pretend to know what they are talking about on this forum but you just took the cake. That post is full of fail, do I even need to explain it?

Please keep posting your insights, I'll be happy to school you on how batteries work.

If this is the kind of marketing info that is going to come from Power Surge Batts then they are going to fail hard.

Btw, I don't give a shit about calling a phone number. Sad part is that these are probably decent batts since they are basically copies of Kinetiks. Too bad you are making them look bad with your retarded statements.

And not from some sales geek that does not know what the **** he is talking about //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
^Rio lmao

You guys and SBC are so up tight.. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif  ya you GQ you nucca.. lol
There's no doubt in my mind that guy knows what he's talking about. The mofo has tried to prove me wrong on many occasions. What I dont know is who is the exact MFG of the batts. MK, East Penn, CSB, so on and so forth.

One thing I do know, 9 times out of 10, when you call a rep, they dont know shit, or they tell you not to be using their equipment as that. From the looks they seem to be a Telecom/UPS/Solar/Marine battery. So I'm guessing its a PowerWare brand or Enersys.

None the less there's no doubt in my mind they are dependent batteries. So MakeShiftAudio, I dont think you will find the answers you are looking for here. I suggest you call Chris Mkfarland at MK Battery. He knows everything about every battery out there. I guarantee you. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsup.gif.3287b36ca96645a13a43aff531f37f02.gif
Considering all the manufacturors you listed follow the BCI standard, theres slim to no chance that the cells are made in the US. Unless theres a group 30.5 now //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Id like to see some real drop-in testing with these batteries. I mean Tommy has never seen one or used one yet. I think he would have much better supporting facts had he had a personal experience with them.

Not bashing him or the company i just think it would help.

I've put up plenty of number YEARS before you were around here. Competing is a waste of money, I have my own TL for verification.

Well I contacted Jim at PS today.Nice guy.

I asked him about the batteries and what they could do.

First off these ARE NOT american made batteries,at least not the ones listed. They do have a couple batteries not listed that are more geared towards CA.

They also carry 16v batteries similar to the XS 16v with just dual posts not tri post.In addition to the single 16v they also have 16v banks equal to 4-6 single batteries depending on the model.

OK here are the numbers I got from them.I wasn't gonna ask about every last one but I did ask about the 3000 and he also gave me some numbers for the 1250.

3000 has an IR of 3.1 milliohms with a short circut current rating of 12630A.It is 150Ahr.

1250TS has a lower IR of 2.4 milliohms and is made for fast discharge and recharge rates. Not suggested as a starting or vehicle battery.(not listed on the site)

16v single battery 4.8milliohms with a short circut rating of 2700A.It is 65Ahr.

16v bank (27.2x4.6x12.3) 3.8 milliohms with a short circut of 4070A.

They also have a very large 16v bank that weighs close to 300lbs.

The 16v batteries are slightly higher priced as they ARE made in the US but ordered in limited quanity.

The 12v black case batteries are from China and rebadged here in the US.Which alot are.

Hope this helps people out.I guess someone will just have to buy one and be the guineapig!
