Um... Not sure what your meaning by on the team.. The owner (guy i talked to) said that they mainly go through dealers to distribute their product, but an individual can get one through them..then get me on the team and ship me my batteries.
Marketing. Having competitors run, and win, with their batteries builds their name. Real cars putting up real numbers.Um... Not sure what your meaning by on the team.. And to makeshiftaudio, what numbers are you talking about? If you get on their website it's got a number to call the place, and if you actually decide you want to talk on the phone, they will actually give you the information on the batteries.. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif
Ok.. Got it.. Haha.. I'm thinking about getting one of these if I can scrape up the money.. Seems solid..Marketing. Having competitors run, and win, with their batteries builds their name. Real cars putting up real numbers.
the 1250 is a group 31 sized battery the same as a hc2400. If they are saying their battery has 30% bigger plates you would have to be using the same sized battery otherwise one could use the argument that the ps 250 has smaller plates than a group 31 sized agm cell.I believe the 3000 only weighs 160+-
Batteries ship out of Florida, there are a few people involved with this company. Also they are going to be coming out with subs and amps, they already have some neos ready as well:crazy:Um... More POTENT acids being used- read belowI don't quite understand where people get "Better acid" and "Bigger cells."
It doesn't make sense, tell me where people are getting these statements.
Do you mean Internal Resistance? Or am I confusing the terminology with something else? To me it could mean Impulse Response, Insulation Resistance....etc.
Also, please explain to me how you are supposed to have more plate, and larger cells, while having the same volume. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif This is not saying you're wrong, but I must be missing something.
I supplied the # u gotta supply the call nukkaWhat is the IR in milliOhm's?

not rocket science kids
Yes internal resistance
Bigger cells doesnt mean more of them, just means cells in it are bigger-
ex- 10 little cells in batt X would be 3 big cells in battery Y. Still in same case
You can have a 350 motor- but when u bore it out it increaes displacement- same w batts

If you knew how to read and comprehend English, I would not have to put in bullet to bullet format.
In a previous post, it was specified that the cases were the same. Okay. Understand? Now that you've got that down, understanding that you have a given volume, how are the cells 30% bigger?
Now. For the acid thing. Please, tell me how exactly you're supposed to get more potent acid. You cannot have more than once acid in this case, since it is a sulfuric acid based cell. Correct me if I am wrong. Also, the "potency"(Correct term would be the concentration, pure H2SO4 having a specific gravity of 1.8-1.85 I think) can only be so high of a concentration to reach the peak output(electron transfer) through the electrolysis reaction.
It's not rocket science. It's electrolysis.
Also, since we're on the topic of electrolysis, each cell has it's own respective voltage, given by the electrolysis reaction. You series these cells and the load is distributed equally. For example, charged floating cells are usually 2.105V (optimal discharge point for the electron transfer reaction), if you have 10 (Like in your example) you will have a 21.05V cell. *Gasp* we can add. Or if we have 3 (like in your example) you will have 6.315V. You could also put them in series and parallel to get the required voltage and have enough of a current discharge required, and while you parallel them, the resistance lowers as well. Okay? In a standard 12V lead acid battery there are 6 cells. I did not say more of them if you read my posts.
On top of that, in your very first post, you said it has an IR of >2%. WTF. I did not know ohms could be measured in percentage of a value not given. I must of missed that in the last IEEE meeting.
