Can I ground my amps directly to my secondary battery? I feel like that would be a cleaner and more stable ground than a chassis ground...

Fuse the 2ndary like the primary about 12" from the terminal.

Depends on the wire if it's 0 gauge 250 is good.

Wouldn't the current flow between the two batteries exceed 250amp? My sub amp alone requires a 300 amp fuse, and yes I would only be doing 0 gauge

Your alternator is not sending that much. The rear battery will take the biggest hit.

Would there be any benefit in running 2/0 gauge cables in my setup? Or is 1/0 good enough?

I used 2/0 for my big 3 and the rest in 1/0..

Can I run my three amps straight off the battery terminals or should I get a distribution block to the three amps? Would a distribution block have a "bottle neck" effect on my amps holding back the power they need?
