Power Mosfets?

The other day I was transferring my Power Acoustic amp to a new car. Go to start connecting and the power cables, when the touched my amp sparked and blew out my fuses. I continued to connect it, and then tried to replace the fuses while connected, which also resulted in a spark. Tried every combination I can think of and came to the conclusion that something is wrong with my power mosfets. Let me know what you guys think, and if it is, where can I get it repaired at?

How about disconnect the ground from the battery or at least remove the power line fuse before you make connections.

It sounds like you are either shorting to the remote on and trying to power up the amp or you have the power and ground reversed and the amp is dead shorting blowing fuses. The power supply FETS won't cause the problem you are describing.
