power/ground wire ran...FTW! PICS!

why did you fuse them at the amp instead of at the battery like I have always heard recomended?
because i compete in MECA...and they require a fuse on all power wires within 18" of the battery....and i dont want fuses up front, more resistance for me. and fuses are for ******* //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

man all this makes me wonder until when we should be using 12v in our car... i mean, look at these wires... if we used 48v instead, then we would require what? a single run? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

edit: fixt for better comprehension... btw don't take i too hard on me if im just saying bullshit lol

yep the old stuff is 1/0....each run is approx ohhhh 14-15ft long..i'll have to double check on it. and it is for sale //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
