I havent had experience with Visonik but price/power wise they are kinda even with Profile but have alot more amplifier choices as in Class D monoblocks, Hgh Current amplifiers and larger power amplifiers.

pretty much overall, i want it to put out what it says, have good sq, and have a built in crossover
