Power Cable = No power HELP!!

dont read resistance with power in the wire.

set it to DC volts. Go to your amp. Put the red on the + and the black on the -

So i take the fuse out of the fuse holder and test it or do it with the wire ? sorry for the inconvienience

With the fuse out it would tell you if its wgood or not.

This will tell you if your getting anything at all to the amp.

ok well the fuse gets abslolutely nothing so im assuming im going to need another?

fuses tend to blow when you "tap" the wire to the chassis and GROUND the whole system...

To check a fuse with a DMM, select CONTINUITY and place one lead on one end and the other on the other end. If it reads something other than 1.000 then it is good.
